1. Acceptance & Contractual Binding

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and PrajaLink. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing the platform and terminate your voter or officer profile.

2. User Conduct & Civic Engagement Rules

PrajaLink is dedicated strictly to constructive local community development and civic coordination. To maintain standard platform integrity:

• Authentic Profiles: You must register using valid credentials (accurate names, genuine mobile numbers) mapped to your actual regional constituency.
• Prohibited Activity: You are strictly forbidden from submitting hate speech, defamatory language, abusive posts, obscene photos, or false/malicious civic claims.
• Moderation Rights: PrajaLink reserves the right to moderate, hide, or permanently remove any content or user profile that violates these guidelines.

3. Content Ownership & Administrative License

Voters retain ownership rights to descriptions, photographs, and feedback uploaded when raising local concerns. However:

• Operational License: By posting a civic concern, you grant PrajaLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to distribute, share, and display the issue details.
• Officer Sharing: You explicitly authorize the platform to forward concern data, geographic metadata, and uploaded photos to designated local nodal officers and political representatives to facilitate administrative resolution.

4. Operational Scope & Service Disclaimer

PrajaLink serves strictly as a civic communication intermediary:

• Intermediary Disclaimer: We act as a bridge connecting citizens, politicians, and administrative departments. We are not responsible for, nor do we guarantee, municipal task completion, response timelines, or resolution quality.
• Warranty Limitation: The platform and all services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties.
