How It Works
Learn how PrajaLink connects citizens with local government — from registering and raising concerns to tracking resolution and participating in community governance.
How It Works — Step by Step
Register & Locate Your Area
Sign up using your mobile number or email. PrajaLink automatically identifies your ward, village, or district within the location hierarchy. Once registered, your dashboard is personalised to your specific area.
Browse Your Community Feed
Visit the Community Feed to see everything happening in your area — local news, development projects, active campaigns, reported issues, and upcoming events — all filtered to your neighbourhood.
Raise a Concern
Spotted a broken streetlight, pothole, or water leak? Use the "Raise Concern" button to submit a grievance instantly. Add photos as evidence and choose to remain anonymous if you prefer. Your concern is tracked with a unique ID and routed directly to the responsible nodal officer.
Track & Support Issues
Stay Informed
Get real-time push notifications and SMS updates whenever your concern changes status. Follow development projects and campaigns in your area to stay informed about what your local government is doing.
Engage & Participate
Join campaigns, attend local events, and participate in community polls. PrajaLink empowers every citizen to be an active participant in local democracy — not just a passive observer.
Who Can Use PrajaLink?
Citizens
Report issues, track progress, support community causes, and stay informed on local updates.
Elected Representatives
Showcase development work, manage citizen concerns, and communicate with constituents transparently.
Nodal Officers
Receive, manage, and resolve assigned civic grievances with a structured administrative workflow.
Community Leaders
Launch local social campaigns, coordinate events, and mobilize citizens for public development.
Why PrajaLink?
"A government that listens, and citizens who speak — that is the foundation of true democracy."
PrajaLink was built because local governance is often invisible to citizens. We believe every pothole fixed, every streetlight repaired, and every project completed should be visible, trackable, and celebrated by the community it serves.
